AI Agent Developer
You'll design, build, and deploy custom AI agents for our clients — from initial architecture to production deployment. You'll work with LLMs, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and multi-agent orchestration across a variety of industries and use cases.
What you'll do:
- Build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and Agno
- Integrate agents with client CRMs, databases, and APIs
- Deploy agents via Docker on cloud or client infrastructure
- Implement RAG pipelines with Supabase and Pinecone
- Optimize agent performance, latency, and accuracy post-deployment
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years Python experience
- Hands-on with LangChain or LangGraph
- Experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Grok)
- Understanding of vector databases and RAG
- Ability to ship production code independently
Automation Engineer
You'll build intelligent workflow automation systems that connect AI agents to client tools and platforms. You'll design the integrations that make our agents actually work inside real business operations.
What you'll do:
- Build automation workflows in n8n, Make, and Zapier
- Connect AI agents to CRMs, helpdesks, e-commerce platforms
- Design multi-step automated pipelines with conditional logic
- Manage API integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Shopify
- Document workflows and hand off to clients with training
What we're looking for:
- Experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier
- API integration experience (REST, webhooks)
- Logical thinking and process design skills
- Ability to understand client workflows quickly
- Bonus: Python scripting experience
Full Stack Developer
You'll build the web interfaces, dashboards, and client portals that bring our AI agents to life — from the agent chat widget on a client's website to the internal analytics dashboard they use to monitor performance.
What you'll do:
- Build Next.js web apps and client dashboards
- Develop agent chat widgets and embed components
- Integrate FastAPI backends with React frontends
- Build Supabase-backed real-time dashboards
- Work with Framer Motion, Tailwind, and Three.js for rich UI
What we're looking for:
- Strong React & Next.js skills
- TypeScript proficiency
- Experience with REST APIs and Supabase
- Eye for clean, professional UI design
- Bonus: experience with animation libraries
AI Solutions Consultant
You'll be the bridge between clients and our technical team — understanding client businesses deeply, identifying automation opportunities, and translating business needs into AI agent briefs that our engineers can build.
What you'll do:
- Conduct AI automation audits with new clients
- Identify workflows ripe for AI agent automation
- Write project briefs and scopes of work
- Manage client relationships post-delivery
- Present results and ROI reports to client stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in consulting, product management, or business analysis
- Genuine curiosity about AI and automation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand both business and technical contexts
- Bonus: experience with CRMs or SaaS tools
Business Development Manager
You'll drive new client acquisition for Agents Chef — identifying, approaching, and closing businesses that need AI automation. You'll be selling a genuinely transformative service with real, measurable ROI for clients.
What you'll do:
- Identify and outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn and email
- Run discovery calls and present AI audit findings
- Prepare proposals and close deals
- Build long-term client relationships
- Work with marketing to generate inbound leads
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in B2B sales or business development
- Strong outreach and closing skills
- Genuine interest in AI and technology
- Self-directed — you don't need to be managed
- Bonus: experience selling tech, SaaS, or agency services

We keep it simple, fast, and respectful of your time. No 6-round interviews. No trick questions. Just real conversations about real work.
Application Review

Intro Call (30 mins)
A relaxed conversation with Siddhant or a team lead. We'll talk about your background, what you've built, and what excites you about AI automation. No trick questions.
Skills Assessment
A short, practical task relevant to the role — typically 2–3 hours. For engineers it's a real mini-build. For business roles it's a case study or brief. Paid for senior roles.
Final Interview & Offer
A final 45-minute conversation to align on expectations, working style, and compensation. If it's a fit — we move fast. Offers typically within 48 hours of the final interview.
